Media Event : Re-opening of ESPRIT’s flagship store in Vivocity

About 2 weeks ago, I was the lucky first few to catch a glimpse of the re-opened Esprit flagship store in Vivocity as well as Esprit’s latest Fall/ Winter 2015 collection.

Decked in Esprit for the #ImPerfect campaign

Spanning 928 sqm in space, Esprit upgraded their Vivocity flagship store with an inspirational Lighthouse concept where collection can be viewed in an inviting and spacious atmosphere, offering the best retail experience for the customers! 

The new Lighthouse concept features discreet design elements which includes comprehensively organized shelves, light and natural colour palette featuring white washed oak, bricks, concrete and sisal which pays homage to Esprit's casual and effortless Californian heritage.

When you step into the store, you can feel a change with this new look; a modern yet approchable minimal take on this design embracing the same unique essence.

Other than showcasing to us their Fall/Winter Collection, this latest flagship store is also well stocked with full range of Women/Men/Kids' apparels, Bodywear, Accessories, Bags, Shoes, etc!

Well, a media event can never be complete without food!

 For this Fall/Winter 2015 collection, Esprit came up with an #ImPerfect campaign which focuses on celebrating individualism and embracing the little imperfections that render each and every person distinctive from the crowd.

It helps bring across the message of self-love and appreciation every one of us should have, and that we should always embrace our little perfections/imperfections that make us, us.

During this event, every blogger was given a chance to create our own #ImPerfect OOTD on the spot with Esprit products.

There was even a competition whereby the Esprit team will pick 2 winners (1 male 1 female) and the winners will walk away with $100 worth of Esprit vouchers each!

And so....

Ta-da!

Media Tasting at Jia Wang Steamboat

On the same week, I had a chance to head to Jia Wang Steamboat for a feasting session! ;D

Jia Wang started out as a homegrown eatery (Tze Char) and have been around for over 11 years serving home-style Chinese food. 

They have also been featured on Channel 8's Zhu Chao Lai Le. 
As business continues to expand, Jia Wang opened a new branch just this November, which is their first ever steamboat stall. With over 30 different dishes to choose from at reasonable prices, there will always be something that appeals to everyone’s taste buds!

  Prices are relatively reasonable, and for us, we had the $35 set enough for 2-4 pax!

We were allowed to choose two soup bases, and we went along with Tomyum and Pork Bone soup base respectively!

Super impressed with the variety of ingredients on the plate!

There's different types of meats, seafood and vegetables too!

My favourite has got to be this one : 

The special Jia Wang meatballs that are super succulent and extremely well-marinated!

I wouldn't mind coming back for more of these!! :D
