Sorry I took a pretty long time to update, was really busy recently with a lot of things happening around me..
I have been wanting to sit down and write an entry that is close to my heart pouring out a lot of thoughts and emotions for the longest time but I just have to wait for the right time... (hopefully my next blog entry?)

BAMMMM YOU'RE IN FOR A GREAT TREAT!
If you don't already know, mookata is also known "Moo-kratha" (หมูกระทะ in Thai), is a Thai steamboat dish originating in Chiang Mai which consists of a hot pot cooked by burning charcoal which either steams or grills the food.
Food that are most commonly cooked are pork, chicken, mutton, lamb, seafood, vegetables and mushrooms and most commonly eaten with a variety of yummy Thai sauces!
Located at Food District (1 Sophia Rd), Kin Tub Thai Steamboat is one of the more popular Thai steamboat restaurants in town!
With an intensive menu, there is a wide array of food to choose from;
Basically, you have to first choose the platter that you prefer, either
A1 - Standard Platter, A2 Meat Lovers Platter or A3 - Seafood Platter.
The platters are suitable for 2-3 pax, so if you feel that you might want anymore side dishes, you can choose to add at a certain price(varies from dish to dish)!
Also, they have cooked side dishes for you to choose from, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds! :D
Oh oh oh and what I REAALLY like about KINTUB MOOKATA is that you are able to switch OUT certain foods in the platter to something of the same value (or lower) depending on your preferences!
It's really great because I believe many of us will appreciate this flexibility in choices!
For drinks, I ordered : Passionfruit + Basil Seeds drink - it is so superb and refreshing and every single sip makes me crave for more!
The hub ordered : Thai Ice Milk Tea - he feedback it felt like as though he is back in Bangkok sipping on this fav drink of his! YUMMMM :D
We ordered the Standard Platter and we were totally excited to get the party started....
I MEAN, LOOK AT THIS!!!
Haha I started on the prawns first cos they were my fav! :D
Haha, we had so much fun getting our hands on cooking trying to satisfy our rumbling tummies!
The best part about this is because you could control the fat used to get this hot pot started so it was pretty "healthy" for us, because we only put one slice of animal fat right at the start!
